I was exhausted, doubting myself, and wondering if real love was even possible for me anymore. I started to feel like maybe I wasn’t “good enough” - maybe I wasn’t worthy of true love. Like maybe soulmates are myths. Like maybe I was just “supposed to” be alone. Or, worse yet, maybe I’d made a mistake and I should have just settled for a mediocre love-life - just so I wouldn’t have to be alone. 

I had no roadmap or instruction manual for how to create the relationship I truly wanted.

And then one crisp Montana autumn day, on a drive to pick my girls up from their dad’s house, I discovered something that changed everything.


I’ll never forget that drive, complaining to my mom about being unhappy and alone, and she said this:

 Those words were the words that lit something up inside me, and I started studying energy the second I got back home.
